Agreement
These terms are an agreement between you and Onrois (“we”, “us”), the maker of Arrow Puzzle Rush (“the app” or “the game”). By downloading or playing the game you agree to them. If you do not agree, please do not use the app. Our Privacy Policy explains how we handle your information and forms part of these terms.
If you downloaded the app from the Apple App Store or Google Play, that store's own terms also apply. Apple and Google are not parties to these terms and are not responsible for the game or its support.
Who can play
You must be at least 13 years old, or the minimum age required in your country, to use the app. If you are under the age of majority where you live, you may play only with the permission of a parent or guardian, who accepts these terms on your behalf and is responsible for any purchases you make.
Your install and support code
The game has no accounts. On first launch it creates a random install ID, and our server issues a short support code that you can find in Settings. Your progress, streak and Premium status are linked to that install. Keep your support code if you want help with your data or your purchases; without an account, it is the only way we can find them.
Progress stored on your device can be lost if you delete the app or reset your device. Premium purchases can be restored with Restore purchases as long as you use the same Apple ID or Google account.
Premium, purchases and refunds
The game is free to play. Premium is an optional upgrade that removes ads and adds a few extras described in the app. It is offered as an auto-renewing weekly subscription or as a one-time lifetime purchase. Prices are shown in the app before you buy, in your local currency, and may include tax.
- Payment is charged to your Apple ID or Google Play account when you confirm the purchase.
- Subscriptions renew automatically at the end of each period unless you turn off auto-renew at least 24 hours before it ends. Your account is charged for renewal within the 24 hours before the period ends.
- Cancelling: manage or cancel your subscription in your App Store or Google Play account settings. Deleting the app does not cancel it. After cancelling, Premium stays active until the end of the period you paid for.
- Refunds are handled by Apple or Google under their policies, not by us. See reportaproblem.apple.com or Google Play refunds.
- Lifetime means for as long as we continue to offer the game on your platform.
We may change Premium's price or features for future purchases. Changes to a subscription price take effect only as the store allows, and you will be told in advance where the store requires it.
Coins, boosters and rewards
The game has coins you earn by playing, checking in daily and unlocking achievements, which you can spend on boosters such as Hint, Chain Shot, Bomb Drop and Phantom. Coins, boosters, stars, streaks and achievements are part of the game. They have no cash value, cannot be sold, transferred or exchanged for money, and are a limited licence to use a game feature, not property you own. We may rebalance rewards and prices as the game evolves.
Advertising
The free game shows ads provided by Google AdMob, for example when the app opens and between levels. Ads are provided by third parties; we are not responsible for their content or for products they promote. Some rewards in the game may be offered in exchange for watching an ad. How ads use your information is explained in the Privacy Policy.
Fair play
When using the app, you agree not to:
- copy, modify, reverse-engineer or redistribute the app or its levels, except where the law expressly allows it;
- use cheats, bots, exploits or modified clients, or tamper with purchases, coins or the game's servers;
- interfere with ads or ad measurement, for example by generating fake impressions or clicks;
- use the app for anything unlawful, or in a way that harms other players, us or our service providers.
Our game and your feedback
The game, including its levels, mascot, artwork, sounds, code and name, belongs to Onrois and its licensors. We give you a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to install and play it on devices you own or control, for non-commercial purposes, under these terms and the store's terms.
If you send us ideas or feedback, we may use them to improve the game without any obligation to you.
Changes and ending use
We keep working on the game, so features, levels and rewards may change, and parts of it may be added or removed. We may update these terms; if a change is significant we will tell you in the app or on this page before it takes effect. Continuing to play after that means you accept the new terms.
You can stop using the app at any time by deleting it. We may suspend or end access to online features if you break these terms, or if we stop offering the game, in which case we will give reasonable notice where we can.
Warranty and liability
The game is provided “as is” and “as available”. We work to keep it fun and working, but we do not promise that it will be uninterrupted, error-free, or that your progress will never be lost. To the fullest extent the law allows, we disclaim all implied warranties, including of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose and non-infringement.
To the fullest extent the law allows, we are not liable for indirect, incidental, special or consequential losses, or for loss of data, progress or virtual items. Our total liability for any claim relating to the game is limited to the greater of the amount you paid us in the twelve months before the claim, or USD 100.
Nothing in these terms limits rights you have as a consumer that cannot be limited by contract under the law of your country.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of India. The courts at Surat, Gujarat, India have jurisdiction over any dispute, except where the consumer law of your country gives you the right to bring a claim in your local courts.
General terms and contact
If any part of these terms is found unenforceable, the rest stays in effect. If we do not enforce a term straight away, we have not given up the right to do so later. You may not transfer these terms to someone else; we may transfer them as part of a reorganisation or sale of the business.
