Privacy Policy

Arrow Puzzle Rush is a puzzle game, not a data business. Here is exactly what the app collects, why, and who helps us run it.

Last updated 26 September 2026

The short version

  • There are no accounts. You never give us your name, email or phone number to play.
  • The app creates a random ID on first launch. That ID, not your identity, is what your progress and streak are stored against.
  • The game is free because it shows ads from Google AdMob. Ads may use your device's advertising ID, which you can reset or limit at any time.
  • We use analytics and crash reporting to find levels that are too hard, too easy or broken, and to fix bugs.
  • We do not sell your personal information.
  • Buying Premium removes ads. Payment is handled by Apple or Google; we never see your card details.

Who we are

Arrow Puzzle Rush (“the app”) is made by Onrois (“we”, “us”). For the purposes of data protection law, Onrois is the controller of the personal information described in this policy.

What we collect

We collect as little as the game needs. Nothing on this list is required to be your real name or contact details.

InformationWhat it is
Install IDA random identifier (UUID) created on your device the first time you open the app. It is not tied to your name, email or phone number.
Support codeA short random code our server issues for your install and shows in Settings, so you can reach us about your data without identifying yourself any other way.
Game progressLevels played and cleared, stars, attempts, hints and boosters used, coins, achievements, and your daily check-in streak.
Device and app detailsDevice model, operating system and version, app version, language, time zone, and platform (iOS or Android). Our servers and service providers also receive your IP address when the app connects.
Usage and diagnosticsEvents such as starting, clearing or leaving a level, screens opened, permission choices, and crash reports with the technical state of the app at the time.
Advertising dataYour device's advertising identifier (IDFA on iOS, only if you allow tracking; Advertising ID on Android), plus information about ads shown to you and how you interacted with them.
Purchase informationWhether you have Premium, which plan, and the store's transaction records. We receive this from Apple or Google through RevenueCat. We never receive your payment card details.
Notification tokenA push token and whether notifications are allowed, so we can send your daily streak reminder if you turn it on.
Install attributionWhich advertisement or link, if any, led to your install, so we can tell which promotions work.

We do not collect your precise location, contacts, photos, microphone or camera data.

Why we use it

  • To run the game: save your progress, keep your streak, deliver new levels and restore Premium. (Necessary to provide the service you asked for.)
  • To keep it free with ads: show ads, cap how often they appear, and measure that they were shown. (Our legitimate interest in funding the game, and your consent where the law requires it for personalised ads.)
  • To improve it: find levels that are confusing, too easy or too frustrating, and fix crashes. (Our legitimate interest in making a better game.)
  • To measure marketing: learn which promotions bring players to the game. (Your consent where required, including Apple's App Tracking Transparency prompt on iOS.)
  • To send reminders: a daily streak notification, only if you turn notifications on. (Your consent.)
  • To help you: answer support requests and handle data requests. (Our legitimate interest and legal obligations.)
  • To keep things safe: prevent fraud and abuse, and meet legal and tax obligations for purchases.

Advertising

Arrow Puzzle Rush is supported by advertising served by Google AdMob, a service of Google LLC. The app shows full-screen ads, such as an ad when the app opens and ads between levels. Players with Premium see no ads.

What AdMob collects

To serve and measure ads, the Google Mobile Ads SDK collects information from your device, including the advertising identifier, IP address, device and app information, and ad interaction data (such as ads shown and tapped). Google uses this information to deliver ads, to limit how often you see the same ad, to measure performance, to prevent fraud and, where permitted, to personalise ads to your interests. Google may work with other advertising partners through AdMob mediation and its ad network.

Personalised and non-personalised ads

Personalised ads are chosen using information about your interests. Non-personalised ads are based on context, such as the app you are using and your general location (for example, your country), rather than your profile.

  • On iOS, the app asks for permission to track through Apple's App Tracking Transparency prompt. If you choose “Ask App Not to Track”, your IDFA is not shared, and ads are not personalised using it.
  • On Android, you can delete or reset your Advertising ID, or opt out of personalised ads, in your device's Settings under Privacy → Ads.
  • In the European Economic Area, the UK and Switzerland, personalised ads are shown only with your consent, collected through a consent message before ads are served. You can change that choice at any time.

Services we use

These providers process information on our behalf, or as independent controllers for their own services, under their own privacy policies:

ServiceWhat it does for us
Google AdMobServes and measures the ads in the app.
Google FirebaseAnalytics, Crashlytics crash reporting, and Cloud Messaging for streak reminders.
PostHogProduct analytics: which levels players clear, retry or leave.
RevenueCatManages Premium purchases and restores them across reinstalls.
MetaMeasures installs and in-app milestones from our ads on Facebook and Instagram.
LinkrunnerInstall attribution: which campaign or link led to an install.
Apple App Store and Google PlayDistribute the app and process payments.
RailwayHosts the game server that stores your install ID, streak and level updates.

We share information with these services only as needed for them to do the job described. We may also disclose information if the law requires it, to protect the rights and safety of our players or others, or as part of a merger or sale of the business, in which case this policy would continue to apply.

Your choices

  • Tracking (iOS): Settings → Privacy & Security → Tracking.
  • Advertising ID (Android): Settings → Privacy → Ads, or Settings → Google → Ads, depending on your device.
  • Notifications: turn streak reminders off in your device's notification settings at any time.
  • No ads at all: Premium removes ads from the app.
  • Everything: uninstalling the app stops all collection from your device. To delete what we already hold, see Your rights.

How long we keep it

We keep your install ID, progress and streak for as long as you use the app, so your game is there when you come back. When you ask us to delete your data, we delete it from our systems within 30 days. Analytics and crash data are kept by our providers for their standard retention periods, after which they are deleted or anonymised. Purchase records are kept for as long as tax and accounting law requires.

Your rights

Depending on where you live, including under the GDPR in the EEA and UK and under US state laws such as the California Consumer Privacy Act, you may have the right to:

  • access the personal information we hold about you, and get a copy of it;
  • correct it, or have it deleted;
  • object to or restrict how we use it, including for advertising;
  • withdraw consent at any time, without affecting what was done before;
  • complain to your local data protection authority.

To use any of these rights, email [email protected] with thesupport code from the app's Settings screen. Because there are no accounts, the support code is how we find your data. We reply within 30 days.

We do not sell your personal information for money. Showing ads through AdMob may count as “sharing” for cross-context behavioural advertising under some US state laws; you can opt out of that by limiting ad tracking on your device as described above, or by writing to us.

Children

Arrow Puzzle Rush is a general-audience game and is not directed at children under 13 (or the minimum age in your country). We do not knowingly collect personal information from children. If you believe a child has given us information, contact us and we will delete it.

International transfers

We are based in India, and our service providers operate in the United States, the European Union and elsewhere. Your information may be processed outside your country. Where the law requires it, these transfers rely on safeguards such as the European Commission's Standard Contractual Clauses.

Security

The app talks to our servers and providers over encrypted connections, and access to stored data is limited to the people who need it to run the game. No system is perfectly secure, but we work to protect your information and keep what we hold to a minimum.

This website

This site does not use advertising or tracking cookies and does not run analytics. Our host keeps standard server logs, including IP addresses, for security and to keep the site running.

Changes

If we change this policy, we will update the date at the top of this page. If a change is significant, we will also let you know in the app before it takes effect.
